Delete your Akea account

This page explains how to delete your account for the Akea AI Suite and the Akea AI phone app (on Google Play and the App Store), made by Akea HMS LLC.

How to ask

Email info@akeahms.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". You can also call +1-469-253-2467.
Or ask your company's Akea administrator, who can remove your access in the Akea AI Suite.

We confirm your identity, tell your employer's administrator, and delete the account within 30 days. We email you when it's done.

What we delete

Your sign-in: email, password and two-step sign-in settings.
Your profile details, such as your name and phone number.
Your app settings.

What we keep

Your employer owns the business records in the Akea AI Suite. Time punches, schedules, payroll, approvals, accounting and banking records, and task records and photos are kept so your employer can meet federal and state record-keeping laws. Your employer decides how long to keep them. Backups are deleted on a rolling schedule.
