Any engagement for hotel management, development, construction oversight, asset management or the Akea AI Suite exists only under a separate written agreement signed by an authorised officer of Akea, and that agreement alone sets out what we will do.

Descriptions of our approach, our services and the Akea AI Suite describe how we aim to work. They are not promises or guarantees of any occupancy, rate, revenue, profit, cost saving, valuation, return, timeline or other outcome. Hotel performance depends on many factors outside our control, including markets, brands, owners, lenders, contractors, weather, regulation and the economy. Past or current performance of any hotel does not predict future results.

5. Portfolio, brands and trademarks

Their use does not mean that any brand owner sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with Akea, our services or our software. Booking links take you to the brand’s own website, which is governed by its own terms.

6. Akea AI Suite

The Akea AI Suite is proprietary software owned by Akea HMS LLC and protected by copyright, trade-secret and other intellectual-property laws. “Akea”, “Akea HMS”, “Akea AI Suite” and the Akea arch mark are marks of Akea HMS LLC. Software screens shown on this website are illustrative, may show sample layouts rather than live data, and may differ from the current product. Features, availability and pricing can change without notice. Use of the software is governed only by the Subscription Agreement and Terms of Service, and its outputs, including anything produced by artificial intelligence, must be reviewed by the user before being relied on. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, frame or create derivative works from this website or the software.
